Our Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) plays a key role in helping our pupils with their social, emotional and academic challenges. In partnership with families, we provide a nurturing, supportive and stimulating environment enabling our children to feel confident in their learning and peer relationships.
At Stamford Bridge Primary School we promote a culture of safeguarding where it is everyone’s responsibility to protect our children from harm.

At the start of the academic year, children stand for the position of school councillor. They are elected by their class peers to represent their class. Our school councillors are dedicated and passionate representatives of our school and local community, striving to create ever-improving school and community environments.
All decisions made in the school council meetings are fed back into the classroom by the school council members and back to the staff by Miss Greening.
The school councillors have their own booklets to record ideas, tasks and peers opinions and visions to which we discuss in our fortnightly meetings.
We offer a host of enrichment opportunities from music lessons, after school clubs and inter-school activities to provide our pupils with key skills, knowledge and character to achieve their dreams and excel individually.
Enrichment Clubs are changed termly and available throughout the school year. Dates for all Enrichment Clubs are available on the school calendar. Please contact the school for further information and to enquire about your child joining one of our exciting and enjoyable clubs.
Our houses are chosen as representation of the rich history of our local community and county. Rewards are recorded via Class Dojo and we encourage our pupils to be their best. Healthy competition allows our children to grow and develop as well as creating a positive learning environment.
